Shanghai – 26th Feb 2018 – ZW HR Consulting is celebrating a milestone anniversary this month as it marks its 20th year in business.
The firm was launched by its founder, and now Board Chairman, Frank Yu in 1998 was originally named Gen Consulting, it began its operations in a small office in Shanghai. It was rebranded to ZW HR Consulting in the year 2010. ZW HR Consulting now operates from 10 locations throughout the region.
In 2012, ZW HR Consulting has become an exclusive member of InterSearch Worldwide. Established in 1989, InterSearch ranks as one of the top international executive search alliance organizations in the world, with 100 offices in over 50 countries.
Frank Yu, Chairman, ZW HR Consulting said, “It’s a great achievement to be in business for 20 years and recognized as the best recruitment agency in China and Asia. We started with 3 employees recruiting across two disciplines. Since then the business grew organically from strength to strength and we now employ more than 250 employees actively recruiting across over 15 disciplines. With the dedication of every employee through the years, we have established a strong footprint across the region and will continue our legacy of recruitment excellence for decades to come.”

Equally important to the success of ZW HR Consulting is our support towards community causes. This year, we are supporting the SOS Children’s Village in China.
The 20 year anniversary marks an important milestone for the company as we look back on our incredible accomplishments in last two decades. This milestone is being marked throughout the month February and began with a special anniversary dinner at the start of the month.
